1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use SwimAnalyze. You may upload footage of a swimmer only if that swimmer is 18+ or you hold the parent/guardian's consent to do so.

2. Acceptable use

You will upload only content you have the right to submit, and use the analysis for coaching/educational purposes.

3. Service & availability

Provided "as is" during the beta; no warranty of accuracy.
